Cyber Event Radar is a free, continuously updated list of cybersecurity and cyber-adjacent conferences around the world. It covers 98 upcoming events across 6 regions, from mega trade shows like RSAC, Black Hat and it-sa to Gartner analyst summits, sector ISAC summits, regional CISO summits, channel partner events and platform partner conferences. Each listing shows dates and city, event type, expected attendance with its source, audience seniority, roles, industries and geography, category focus, pass and sponsorship pricing where published, whether it is a partner event, and a link to the prospectus or organizer.
The list maintains itself. Four times a day, a research process checks listed events against organizer websites and updates dates, venues, pricing, attendance and prospectus links as they’re announced. It searches a different part of the market on each run for events that aren’t listed yet, and when an event ends it adds the next edition with an expected month until dates are published. Organizers can also submit events directly. New events are reviewed before they go live, and every automatic change is logged. Anything marked “Confirm with organizer” or “Expected date” has a detail still to be checked, so treat it as a lead before you commit budget. Event types follow the same twelve categories used in the Event ROI Planner.
What is Cyber Event Radar?
Cyber Event Radar is a free, continuously updated list of cybersecurity and cyber-adjacent conferences around the world. Each listing shows dates, city, event type, expected attendance, audience seniority and industries, category focus, pass and sponsorship pricing where published, whether it is a partner event, and a link to the prospectus or organizer.
What are the biggest cybersecurity conferences in 2027?
By attendance, RSAC 2027 Conference in San Francisco (April 5 to 8) and Black Hat USA 2027 in Las Vegas (July 31 to August 5) lead the calendar in North America. In Europe, Infosecurity Europe 2027 in London (June 8 to 10) and it-sa in Nuremberg are the largest shows. Cybertech Global Tel Aviv (January 25 to 27) and GISEC Global in Dubai are the largest in the Middle East.
Which cybersecurity conferences are best for meeting CISOs?
Analyst summits, curated executive programs and regional CISO summits put the most senior buyers in the room per dollar spent. Filter the list by audience, choose CISO and C-suite, then compare event type and expected attendance. Mega trade shows reach CISOs too, but most of the room is practitioners and vendors.
How much does it cost to sponsor a cybersecurity conference?
Most organizers do not publish sponsorship pricing. They share it in a prospectus after you request it. Where a price is public, it appears on the listing. Where it is not, the listing says so and links to the organizer’s sponsorship contact or prospectus.
When should I book booth space for RSAC 2027?
Now. Booth and sponsorship contracts for large shows are signed months ahead, so the budget that gets committed in the fall is next year’s spring event budget, including RSAC space and early-bird rates. By the time the new year starts, the best floor locations are gone.
What counts as a partner event?
Two kinds. Technology partner ecosystem events are run by a platform vendor, such as Microsoft or AWS, where security companies meet a shared customer base and co-sell. Channel partner events are run for MSPs, MSSPs, resellers and distributors, where the audience is the route to market rather than the end buyer. Each is tagged separately so you can filter for one or both.
What are the main identity and access management conferences?
The list tracks Gartner’s Identity & Access Management Summits in Las Vegas (December 7 to 9, 2026) and London (March 8 to 9, 2027), the FIDO Alliance’s Authenticate U.S. in Carlsbad (October 19 to 21, 2026), and Identiverse in Las Vegas. Filter by category focus and choose Identity and access to see every identity event in one view.
What is the difference between a curated executive summit and a regional CISO summit?
Curated executive programs, such as GDS Group’s CISO Insight Summit, cap attendance at around 100 invited senior leaders and pre-match vendors to one-on-one meetings. Regional CISO summits, such as the Official Cybersecurity Summit series, are one-day events for a few hundred local security executives with panels and a small expo. The first costs more per attendee and puts you in front of fewer, more senior buyers.
Which ISAC conferences are on the list?
Sector ISAC summits for financial services (FS-ISAC Americas, EMEA and APAC), healthcare (Health-ISAC), retail and hospitality (RH-ISAC), electricity (GridSecCon, co-hosted by the E-ISAC), automotive (Auto-ISAC), aviation (Aviation ISAC), space (Space ISAC) and state and local government (the MS-ISAC annual summit). Search ISAC to see them together. Most are built for members, so vendors take part through sponsorship rather than open registration.
Which Gartner conferences are on the list?
Gartner’s security summits in National Harbor, London, Sydney, Mumbai, Tokyo and São Paulo; its Identity & Access Management Summits in Las Vegas and London; the Enterprise Risk, Audit & Compliance Conference; and the IT Symposium/Xpo editions in Orlando, Barcelona, Yokohama and Kochi, which are CIO events where security is a major track. Search Gartner to see them together. Editions whose dates aren’t announced yet show the month they’re expected.
Does RSAC run conferences outside the United States?
Not currently. RSAC has held editions in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East in past years, but its own site now lists only RSAC 2027 Conference in San Francisco (April 5 to 8, 2027) as an in-person event, alongside virtual seminars and webcasts during the year.
Where does Black Hat run events?
Six editions are on the current calendar: SecTor in Toronto (October 6 to 8, 2026), Black Hat India in Bengaluru (October 27 to 30, 2026), Black Hat Middle East and Africa in Riyadh (December 1 to 3, 2026), Black Hat Europe in London (December 7 to 10, 2026), Black Hat Asia in Singapore (February 28 to March 3, 2027) and Black Hat USA in Las Vegas (July 31 to August 5, 2027). Black Hat USA 2026 drew more than 23,000 verified attendees, and Black Hat MEA 2025 drew more than 40,000.
How is attendance sourced?
Every attendance figure carries its basis on the listing: an organizer projection, a certified count from a prior edition, or a third-party estimate. Source links appear under each event. Events with dates or details still to confirm are marked so you know to check with the organizer before you commit budget.
How do I add my conference to the list?
Use the Submit your event page. Every field is required, including dates, expected attendance, audience, pricing and a prospectus link. Submissions are reviewed before they appear on the list.
How often is the list updated?
Continuously. Four times a day, an automated research process checks listed events against organizer websites and fills in newly announced dates, venues, pricing, attendance and prospectus links. It also searches for events not yet on the list, and when an event ends it adds the next edition as an expected listing. Organizers can submit events at any time. Past events drop off on their own.
What does an expected date mean?
Some recurring events have not announced their next dates yet. Those listings show the month the event is expected, based on when the last edition ran, and are marked Confirm with organizer. They update automatically once the organizer publishes dates, so you can plan budget around them now.
What types of cybersecurity events are there?
This list uses twelve types: mega trade shows, industry conferences, curated executive programs, regional CISO summits, community and practitioner events, vertical industry events, speaking stages, analyst and press events, channel partner events, technology partner ecosystem events, owned events, and virtual events. Each reaches a different seat on the buying committee.
