GTM Radar is a free, live job board tracking open go-to-market roles at pre-IPO cybersecurity companies. It follows 668 VC- and PE-backed companies and lists 4,029 open roles, refreshed nightly from 12 applicant tracking systems: Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, BambooHR, Comeet, SmartRecruiters, Rippling, Workable, Recruitee, Breezy, Workday and JazzHR. Both counts are from the crawl on October 15, 2026, and they move every night as the crawler adds companies and drops closed roles. Roles are filterable by function, by specialty inside that function (product marketing, field and events marketing, demand generation, sales engineering, channel sales, technical account management and so on), and by seniority, region, workplace type, funding stage and investor, with BDR and SDR treated as their own function rather than folded into sales. Companies whose hiring system has no public feed are still listed, with the badge linking straight to their live careers page. No signup, no paywall, no email required to search.

Six job functions: Marketing, Sales, BDR/SDR, Partnerships, Customer Success and RevOps. Selecting nothing shows every open role. Selecting more than one widens the result rather than narrowing it, so Sales plus BDR/SDR returns both sets together. Selecting a function also opens a row of specialties beneath it, each showing how many open roles it currently holds.
Yes. Pick a job function and a second row of specialties appears for it. Marketing splits into product marketing, field and events marketing, demand generation and growth, content and editorial, brand and communications, community and developer marketing, marketing operations and web, customer and lifecycle marketing, and general marketing leadership. Sales splits into sales engineering and presales, enterprise and strategic, mid-market and commercial, public sector and federal, regional and territory, account executives and inside sales, and sales leadership. BDR/SDR, partnerships, customer success and RevOps have their own specialties. A specialty narrows only its own function, so Marketing plus Sales with product marketing selected still shows every sales role. Every role card carries a specialty tag you can click to apply the same filter, and the daily digest accepts the same specialty selections.
BDR/SDR covers outbound prospecting roles that generate pipeline: business development representatives, sales development representatives, account and market development representatives, inside sales, and the managers and directors who run those teams. Sales covers quota carrying roles that close revenue, such as account executives, regional and enterprise sales, sales engineering and sales leadership. They are separated because they are different hiring signals. Sales development headcount expands early when a company funds growth and contracts first when it does not, so watching it on its own tells you something that a combined sales number hides.
Two reasons. For job seekers, an SDR opening and a VP of Sales opening are not interchangeable, and burying 265 prospecting roles inside a list of 1,612 sales roles, as of October 15, 2026, would make them hard to find. For anyone reading the board as a market signal, sales development hiring is one of the clearest early indicators of go-to-market investment at a pre-IPO company.
265 open sales development roles as of October 15, 2026. On that date GTM Radar tracked 668 VC- and PE-backed pre-IPO cybersecurity companies, 400 of them hiring, with 4,029 open go-to-market roles between them. The exact count changes nightly because the crawler re-reads every public hiring feed and drops roles that have closed.
Yes. BDR/SDR is a selectable job function on the digest signup, alongside Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, RevOps and GTM. Choose it and the morning email includes only sales development roles added since the previous morning. Leaving the function group untouched means no constraint, so every function qualifies.
Directly from the public feeds of 12 applicant tracking systems: Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, BambooHR, Comeet, SmartRecruiters, Rippling, Workable, Recruitee, Breezy, Workday and JazzHR, plus direct careers pages for companies without a public API. A crawler re-reads every feed nightly, so listings reflect what each company is actually advertising rather than a scraped aggregate.
