Post a GTM role to GTM Radar

GTM Radar tracks open go-to-market roles at more than 600 pre-IPO cybersecurity companies, and the people searching it are the marketers, sellers and operators you’re trying to reach. Posting is free and reviewed.

Employers hiring marketing, sales, BDR and SDR, partnerships, customer success or RevOps roles at cybersecurity companies can post them to GTM Radar for free. Each posting is reviewed, then listed on the board alongside more than 3,500 roles the crawler finds on its own, filterable by function, specialty, seniority, region, workplace and investor, and eligible for the daily email digest. Every listing links straight to the employer’s own posting.

Questions

Hiring for GTM and not sure who to hire? How to Hire for GTM covers 30 cybersecurity go-to-market roles.

Does it cost anything to post a job on GTM Radar?

No. Posting is free and there are no paid placements. Roles are reviewed before they appear, and they’re listed exactly like the roles the crawler finds on its own.

What roles can I post?

Go-to-market roles at cybersecurity and security-adjacent companies: marketing, sales, sales development (BDR and SDR), partnerships and channel, customer success, and revenue operations, at any seniority. Full-time, fractional and contract roles are all welcome. Engineering, product, finance and other non-GTM roles aren’t listed.

How long until my role appears?

Most postings are reviewed within a few business days. Once approved, the role is live on GTM Radar right away, and it’s eligible for the next morning’s daily digest for subscribers whose filters match it.

Why do you need a link to the posting?

Every role on GTM Radar links to a live posting so job seekers apply directly with the employer. The link should go to the hiring company’s own careers page or applicant tracking system. Agency listings that don’t name the employer aren’t accepted.

What if my company isn’t on GTM Radar yet?

It gets added when your role is approved, along with your careers page. The nightly crawl then looks for a public jobs feed on that page, so future openings can show up without another posting.

How do I take a role down once it’s filled?

Send a note through the contact page with the company and role title, and it comes down. It helps to close the posting on your own careers page at the same time.

Who sees the roles on GTM Radar?

Go-to-market professionals looking at pre-IPO cybersecurity companies, from first marketing hires and SDRs to CMOs and CROs. They search the board directly, filter it by function, specialty, seniority, region, workplace and investor, and subscribe to the free daily digest.
